One inventory for everything you sell
Most vintage sellers are running their inventory in their head, in a notes app, or in a spreadsheet that has not been opened in months. Hauly fixes that. Every item lives in one searchable list with the date you bought it, what you paid, the category, the source, the photos, the receipt, and the location it came from. Once it sells you add the sale price, platform, and shipping, and the same record carries the full history of that piece.
How it works
Adding an item takes about ten seconds. You type the description, drop in a photo, set the category, enter what you paid, and pick the source from a list (thrift store, estate sale, garage sale, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and more). If the item came from a wholesale lot you can attach it and Hauly will auto-fill the per-piece price. Every item gets a status of active, sold, or draft, and you can filter and search the whole inventory in one click.
Built around how vintage sellers actually work
The categories match how vintage gets sold in the real world: denim, t-shirts, crewnecks, hoodies, jackets, outerwear, dresses, accessories, footwear, and more. Photos are stored at full resolution. Receipts are kept on file in case you ever need them for taxes or returns. And every item knows where it came from, so you can pull up a specific store and see exactly what you sourced there last month.
Works alongside every platform you sell on
Hauly does not replace your sales channel, it sits next to it. Whether your listings live on Depop, eBay, Vinted, Etsy, Grailed, Poshmark, or you sell at markets in person, your inventory in Hauly is the single source of truth. When something sells anywhere, you log it once and the whole picture updates.
